Crazy comic indoctrinates school-pupils on illegal file-sharing

I came across this absurd piece of overt propaganda designed to sway school pupils in favour of the court system in cases of music copyright violation– or illegal file-sharing if you prefer.
It’s a print comic (previewable entirely in pdf format) produced by the NSCS (National Center for State Courts), which centers around a college student called Megan who falls into a sordid world of music downloading, before grim reality strikes and she’s whisked off to court with the threat of a jail sentence. The comic is available for as cheap as $0.54/copy (for 50,000 or more copies), with “teacher lesson plans” included in the bargain.
Link to the crazy propaganda comic, or jump straight to the pdf file.

many’s the time i’ve sat about sneering at the law while downloading music with my college buddies.
but
the court system IS in place to protect all of us.
but
and cruel mantra IS my favo(u)rite band.
i’m so conflicted.
Oh no! I just downloaded my breakfast! Is that illegal too?!
