Beautiful Losers + Bombit the movie
Beautiful Losers
Beautiful Losers is the Aaron Rose directed ode to DIY creativity, centered around the goings-ons at a small New York storefront gallery founded the 1990s, and the subcultures of skateboarding, surf, punk, hip hop & graffiti. The film is being screened around the US at the moment with no UK dates planned for now- it was due to show at the Edinburgh film festival in June but was pulled from the line up.

Bombit the movie
Bombit the movie is a journey around five continents exploring the most “subversive and controversial art form currently shaping international youth culture”- graffiti art. The film looks like it could be Wildstyle for the globalised 21st century, and explores both the lives of those living the subculture, and the idea of anonymously affecting the visual enironment of public spaces with graffiti. Bombit the movie is available on DVD now.
