Whatcha Mean, What’s a Zine?

I just ordered Whatcha Mean, What’s a Zine?: The Art of Making Zines and Mini Comics, by Mark Todd and Esther Pearl Watson.
It’s a journey into the DIY underbelly of print publishing, where creatives rule, and where there are no rules. The book is produced in zine form- complete with cut-n-paste design, three-color printing, and handwritten content- and covers everything from “postage, printing & photocopier tricks” to binding and assembly. I’m already a fan of illustrator Mark Todd so I look forward to this.
