Fusible Front

Fusible Front are an exciting design team coming out of Glasgow, headed by illustrator Laura Frame and designer Andrew Brown; whose activities include web and book design, publishing, illustration, and a slew of miscellaneous endeavours in the creative world. In their own words:
“We’re collaborating with artists, writers, musicians and campaigners (unless the thing they’re campaigning against is something close to our hearts: Trivial Pursuit, Sailor Jerry rum or David Attenborough).
So creative people out there, let’s be mutually inspiring. We’d love to talk to you and see your portfolio. But before you show us yours, it’s only fair that we let you have a gander at ours.”
They sent me a copy of their charming sketch / note-book (pictured), which contains with the blurb: “What this book contains is entirely down to you. All we ask is that you use your imagination. You could do something to wow the Turner Prize jury. You could write limericks so filthy they’d contravene the Obscene Publications Act (1964). You could assemble a pressed collection of flowers indigenous to the Hawaiin island of Oahu. Just promise us you won’t play naughts and crosses.” Nice- go check them out:
